Harden plays ISO ball because of his ego, yes, McHale hasn't run his offense well, but you cannot coach stupid, in those situations, a max contract player like Harden needs to know that playing ISO ball isn't the key, it goes both ways, McHale should be out of a job, but that does not forgive Harden for destroying his team.

Its all about a player being put in a situation to succeed, Mcfail has done nothing for Lin but set him up for failure, Lin is a system PG and I'm really surprised his average solid #s on a team that has no system, has the worst black hole in league history, doesn't run any PnRs, and if he makes 1-2 mistakes he's benched no matter how well he was playing.
