Although Webber cracks me up with how awkward he is as a game commentator (in a cringe kind of bad way), I gotta go with Jalen. I really like him on Grantland. So who is your pick? Who do you like better in their current roles? Who is the better overall basketball personality?

I see what you mean by Webber not being the best commentator. Although, i feel he is actually very good analyst on a half time show. Put him and Payton instead of Shaq on the half time show and they'd dominate.

Webber might be more akward but i think as an in game personality he brings more insight than Jalen in comparison to his studio presence

Webber is probably my favorite commentator he tells it how it is and everything he says is smooth, da **** are you thinking?

Webber is better in terms of providing good insight. Actually I wish they'd replace Shaq with him. Shaq's analysis sounds really amateur considering his status, and his ego is way out of control, tries too hard to be funny causing some real awkward moments, uses the whole 'I got 4 rings' thing everytime he wants to belittle Barkley. I love Shaq as a player, but his inside the nba act needs to go.
