The skin of a car is nothing but a finishing touch, IMO it is practically the least important part... what did he do to the chassis, the brakes, the drivetrain? Anything? There's no information or pics about if he did anything to make the car actually become something worth driving around. Or is that thing just a heap of trash with a shiny new body? Probably rattles like hell on the road and drives like shit if all he did was give it a new body.
