perhaps, but if they beat the west champion no one can honestly say they didn't earn it.

LeBron on not retaliating to hard fouls: "If this was the 1980s, I'd come up swinging."

LeBron: "I know it's going to be a headline tomorrow, LeBron is crying for fouls. It's not that at all."

Spoelstra says team has spoken to league about LeBron. Agree about some things, not about others.

Can't make threads atm, but this is pretty hilarious.

Lebron is a strong dude, but it would be hilarious to imagine him attacking anybody. It's not in his nature.

This league is so soft, I would love to see how Lebron would adapt and how effective he would be.

which west teams are beat up and injury ridden right now? It seems like you're already finding ways to diminish the heat if they do win it all.

4-0, 4-2, 4-0. Doesn't get much easier than that... btw, that's SA's road last year.

How? I posted an opinion about how Miami currently has the easiest road to the NBA Finals, I wanted to see if anyone could prove me wrong and post a proper analysis as to why or how another team has a tougher road (I'm obviously talking about championship or at least Finals contenders, and not teams like Charlotte, Toronto, Atlanta).

Charlotte is 1st round fodder, Pacers are imploding, who in the Eastern Conference is going to challenge the Miami Heat based on the situation we currently have in the Eastern Conference Playoffs?

Thunder are facing a Memphis team that could have easily finished with a top 4 best record in the West had Marc Gasol not been out for 20+ games, they are obviously not a 1st round fodder team, they made the WCF last season.

In the 2nd round, OKC/MEM is facing either the Clippers or the Warriors, both are offensive powerhouses and have at least one top 10 NBA player and a pretty deep roster (Warriors of course are missing Bogut).

Spurs are facing Dallas, who looked strong last game with a motivated Dirk-Monta duo & their offense is top 5 in the NBA, so if their threes fall, it's going to be a 6-7 game series. SAS/DAL will face either Portland or Houston in the 2nd round, Houston has Harden, D12, Parsons, Lin. Portland currently has Aldridge, who has been the best player in the Playoffs and Portland also has Lillard, Batum & Matthews.

Miami might have one tough series if they face the Nets or the Pacers(if they get their act together). There's a huge difference in competition between the two Conferences.

never uttered the word "ever".

I said Miami HAS the easiest road to the Finals, which is obviously about the 2014 NBA Playoffs. Miami had a pretty tough road in 2012 with Bosh injured for the Pacers series and most of the Conference Finals. 2013 was meh, but Chicago did give Miami one good game and the Pacers series went 7 games, Spurs played 2 games less en route to the Finals and had more rest with two sweeps.

Maybe true but it's not their fault Rose got reinjured, Pacers choked, Nets/Knicks underachieving, Big Al injury.... Otherwise it would be a tough road. Spurs had a very easy road last year,

The Miami Heat have the easiest road to the Finals for just one reason: They don't have to face Lebron and the Heat.

Yah but that last sweep was against a good Grizzlies team...one that knocked out OKC last year and looks like they may do it again this year.
