Sterling is an epic dumbass, and so is CP3, the reality is even though Sterling is the big boss, he is much easier to replace than CP3, and CP3 is black and for some reason we don't take racist comments as seriously when it comes from minorities, and perhaps that is also a bit racist.

I think CP3 knew about the organization being racist at the top, and wanted somebody in a position of power looking over the players.
