Get rid of Hibbert. They get a Center who won't disappear. Maybe doesn't offer a lot when it comes to offense but he'll at least play defense and grab rebounds on a regular basis. Then they get a real point guard in Lin to run things.

Asik CAn rebound the ball. Lin is also the only PG in the league who manages to get Asik to score inside from time to time but i wouldnt get both.
Asik is more of a garbage man and Lin needs a guy like Chandler who can finish alley oops and PnR plays
