No excuse for only winning two rings in the most watered down era in NBA history. History will remember him as a colossal loser.

Most watered down era in NBA history? You gotta be kidding! You're living in it. And history does NOT remember Wilt as a colossal loser.....that's you and your like. Wilt is remembered as the most dominant basketball player in NBA history, and the record book proves it.

All the time. All the ****ing time.
Let me show how all discussions about Wilt are:
1.Somebody makes a troll bait post or a legitimate example of a Wilt choke (many to choose from)
2.Lazeruss, Cavsftw, other **** bring up some irrelevant shit that don't have to do anything with the topic in hand.
3.They get destroyed and bukkake'd on time and time again.
4.They bring up some more irrelevant shit, people who tried to discuss normally leave, and the circlejerk between **** of Wilt begins.
5.They get tired after boasting about statistical advantages of a man they have never met or seen live and who has been dead for many years to each other and they start looking for anothet bait/normal thread to ruin.

If the *** starts the thread, everything's the same, just first point changes.

Yeah, I forgot to mention fakkits with their pathetic attempts at using memes.
IT happens all the time, you say some irrelevant shit that doesn't add to your argument one bit, and then when somebody calls you out for it, you say "umad? Butthurt?HAHAH".
You're pathetic.

Actually it was in a "must win" game five (His Warriors were down 3-1.)

But, let's take a look at what happened prior to that game five...

Game One: Boston wins 111-105
WilT: 42 points, 29 rebounds, 17-35 FG/FGA
Russell: 19 points, 30 rebounds, 9-17 FG/FGA

Game Two: Philly wins 115-110
Wilt: 29 points, 28 rebounds, 12-23 FG/FGA
Russell: 15 points, 20 rebounds

But, Wilt badly injured his hand in a late melee that broke out when the swarming Celtics were abusing him (at first it was thought that he had broken his wrist.)

Game Three: Wilt's wrist is badly swollen...
Wilt: 12 points, 15 rebounds, 6-13 FG/FGA (0-6 FT/FTA) in 35 minutes.
Russell: 26 points, 39 rebounds, 12-24 FG/FGA in 40 minutes

Boston wins 120-90. Arguably the WORST game of Wilt's post-season career (if you factor in how his opposing center did against him.)

Game Four: Wilt's hand is still not fully recovered...Boston wins 112-104
Wilt: 24 points, 34 rebounds, 9-17 FG/FGA
Russell: 17 points, 21 rebounds

Game Five: Philly wins 128-107
Wilt: 50 points, 35 rebounds, 22-42 FG/FGA
Russell: 22 points, 27 rebounds, 9-16 FG/FGA

Then, game six.

Heavily-favored Boston beats the Warriors, 119-117.

Wilt: 26 points, 24 rebounds, 8-18 FG/FGA
Russell: 25 points, 25 rebounds, 11-26 FG/FGA

One can only wonder how that series would have gone had Wilt been completely healthy in game's three and four (both losses.) Aside from game three and game five, the series was neck-and-neck.

One of the 2 GOAT playoff performances by any rookie, along with Magic's 1980 Game 6 vs the Sixers.

Exactly what rookies Karl Malone and David Robinson did...oh, wait... :lol

One of the 2 GOAT playoff performances by any rookie, along with Magic's 1980 Game 6 vs the Sixers.

Exactly what rookies Karl Malone and David Robinson did...oh, wait... :lol

Chamberlain's entire rookie season against Russell was impressive. In 11 regular season H2H's, he averaged 39.1 ppg on .465 shooting against Russell...and "only" 37.6 ppg on .461 shooting overall. Not only that, but Russell had his career high season for FG%, at .467...but against Wilt in those 11 H2H's... .393.

Even more remarkable, remove their very first encounter (which was one of the few times in their 143 career H2H's in which Russell outplayed Wilt), and Chamberlain averaged an even 40.0 ppg on a .482 FG% against Russell (again, in their last ten H2H's.)

Player-for-player, Russell had a much better roster, and Boston likely would have won that series anyway, but it was unfortunate that Wilt badly injured his wrist at the end of game two. He couldn't do anything, at either end, in game three...and of course, his Warriors lost 120-90.

Still, even with that wasted game, Wilt put up a 30.5 ppg, 27.5 rg, .500 eFG% (in a post-season NBA that shot .402 .) Russell had a solid series, as well, with a 20.7 ppg, 27.0 rpg, .446 series...but if we completely remove that game three, in which Russell scored 26 points, on 12-24 shooting, with 39 rebounds in his 40 minutes; and Wilt's pathetic 12 points, on 6-13 shooting, with only 15 rebounds, in his 35 minutes...and here were their series numbers:

Russell: 19.6 ppg, 24.6 rpg, and a .433 FG%.
Wilt: 34.2 ppg, 30.0 rpg, and a .519 FG%.

And those numbers were much more reflective of the rest of their career H2H's, as well.

And once again, rookie Wilt took what had been a last-place roster when he arrived, to a 49-26 record (a franchise record at the time)...and thru the first round, (with a 38.7 ppg series, which included a series-clinching 53 point game) ...to a game six, 119-117 loss, against the 59-16 HOF-stacked Celtics, and arguably the greatest defensive center in NBA history...with that massive series. His 50 point playoff game was not even a his own rookie record, either (which, of course, still stands.) And I doubt that we will ever see another rookie put up a 50-35 game again, as well.

Just one more example...

The GOAT.

Fake stats against pathetic competition. The NBA stats from back then should not count. They have corrupted the NBA record book. They should split the book into Part A: Inferior garbage NBA era and Part B: The real NBA against legit players.

There's no need to go further than this to realize what category of posters (trolls or legit ones) you belong to (the bold, duh!): You equate a discussion about Wilt with a discussion about a Wilt choke, which is nothing surprising, since you are among the ones who enter legit Wilt praising threads and make them shit. And then you have the audacity to say that Wilt fans keep normal fans away, while it's your crap what ruins one thread after another and would have you (not the Wilt fans) banned from any reasonably moderated place.

As for the rest, equally reflective of truth. When summer comes, you may as well start complaining that f***ing fish farting pollute the seas and birds cause global warming.

Alright then, you tell all of us here the EXACT year in which the NBA should start "recognizing stats." I want the EXACT year...
