he didnt show up because his coach lets him chuck up terrible shots in the regular season on low efficency.
without his ref baiting he would shoot under 40% in a season. since the ref baiting doesnt work he is not playoff ready.

Howard has a much bigger role on offense in Houston & they go to him in the 4th quarter and let him play it out, D'Antoni would just give the ball to Nash back in the glory days, he hasn't done shit without him. Lakers were losing all season until Kobe basically came out and said "**** your offense, I'm going to the post" and we won 28 out of our last 40...

houston runs almost no plays. mchale had a decent excuse last year because they added harden so late, but they were no better this year.
