It is very high bandwidth if you happen to have a slow connection. Otherwise it could be your firewall/router issues.

I use Acestream through VLC. The 2K Sky Sports stream is really nice right now.

It's P2P like torrents so you may need to adjust your router accordingly.

Saw there is a person in that link saying it can be harmful because your pc or whatever device you use is vulnerable. That's one thing I hate about downloading stuff.

Those 3 guys are pretty paranoid. Upnp is pretty common in games and streaming; it's unlikely you'd get hacked with a router and anti-virus software installed. I'd be more nervous about some shady website streaming the game.
