At thinking this is anything remotely close to Rose's MVP season. Durant averaged 32-7-6 on 50/39/87 shooting while leading OKC to the second best record in the NBA despite not having Westbrook for 30+ games.

Durant's season is considerably better than Rose's season in 2011.

How about the fact the he averaged a high number of TOs and was virtually useless when he wasn't scoring. Or that he got carried by Reggie, Ibaka, and Westbrook for a large period of time.
