yeah, I thought his drop off last year was mainly due to rondo being out but he's past it now for sure

Chuck recently said that you know you're old when people stop calling you by your nickname and simply use your given name instead. Even with 1 more year on deal, I doubt he returns.

Stopped him from getting the ball.
If KD or Bron took 10 shots but shot 50%, people would say they got shut down too, since they aren't getting their regular shots.

Got flamed when I said KG looked done like Hakeem on the Raptors in the previous game thread. The man is done physically, you just can't do anything about father time. He's done.
Some idiot said he had 3-4 years left....lol

This isn't 2004 anymore. Garnett's not even the focal point of the Nets offense and is option #5 in scoring for the Nets starting lineup.
He's basically there to rebound/defend in his limited role, considering Kidd's random rotations in these playoffs. Any scoring they get form him is a bonus. Bosh should be able to deny him the ball, Garnett hardly ever commands it to post up or take jumpers.
Durant and James are the #1 and #3 scorers in the league. They get a lot more attention than anyone does in the NBA since their best 2 players in the game overall to boot. If anyone denied them and shut them down, they've done a terrific job since it doesn't always happen.
