The only thing Durant did better this season was shoot more and get to the Ft line to pad those offensive numbers.:lol

Durant had to take 3 more shots and almost 3 more Ft's per game to avg 5 more points whereas lebron gets buckets without be heavily reliant on Ft's

http://i.imgur.com/G9zsoln.png

lebron also shot over a whopping .060% points better:eek:

Lebron also had a higher Ts%, rebounding and ast rates

http://i.imgur.com/Mi94DZU.png

so no, Durant doesn't rebound better than lebron.

....Lebron after his 61 point game had the MVP in his grasps he had a weird 5 game slump right after that and blew it. The other thing that hurt lebron this year was that for a good chunk of the season he was only taking 15 shots per game with like 5-7 Ft's, when Durant was taking like 18-20 shotswhile getting like 10 FT's per game! Early on, lebron was coasting too hard.

Lebron will get his MVP back next season though. He just has to shoot more to get those PPG up if the ref aren't going to give him the touch fouls Durant gets to pad that scoring avg.

That tough strech run after the Bobcats game killed his chances + KD played amazing without Westbrook.

So basically Durant was destroying teams, running the offense and going on legendary scoring runs, led the team to a very good record without WB, and Bron decided to be passive and selective with his shots to be efficient. Durant also played better defense this season too.

Not many people are saying that KD is the best player, but he undoubtedly had the better season, if u cant see that you've got Lebron's knob firmly lodged in your ass.

Lebron was better he just played less minutes and didn't shoot as much which is evident in the rates.

LeBron wasn't close to Durant if we're looking objectively.
The MVP should've been unanimous

Let's not forget about RAPM, the best statistic in basketball, in which Lebron wipes the floor with Durant:applause:

Lebron wasn't very dominant this season. Look what Durant has been doing. Dominating, went on that crazy streak and team record.

He had a huge impact.

Don't you guys remember all those threads I made when Lebron had good stats but his team lost.

All those threads I made about Miami newspapers putting Bosh on the front page?

everybody knows lebron is was and always will be better. only kobestans deny that.
he was better this season too.
we pretty much agreed how its a travesty that durant got 3 FTA per game more than bron already. he also took 3 more shots and played more minutes. when you see how often the refs bailed durant out when he missed a shot, him shooting barely over 50% isnt even that impressive.
since LeBron coasted to much Durant is the deserved winner somehow wince he went all out in the regular season:roll:
next season that shit wont happen again.
LeBron will win the next MVP again and it will be near anonymous:bowdown:

this and that.

Durant carried his team this year. Lebron as efficient as he was, didn't dominate like KD.

It is what it is.

Lebron was better...he just didn't shoot as much and played slightly less. Even after Durant went off with Westbrook out and lebron coasting, lebron basically had the MVP right where he wanted it after his 61 point game. The 5 game game slump after that killed it for lebron and the heat kept losing every other game it seems from that point on. I believe the heat even had a better record than Thunder around the time of LBJ's 61 point game.

You just say anything to bash Durant
He clearly had a better season this year, plus look at the shots Durant and Lebron takes
Lebron played a minute less in minutes -_-
yal are overreacting like always
Kd clearly had the better season but not saying hes a better player. If Lebron had to go up against Grizzlies in the 1st round i see them losing.

It's over, KD deserved this season's MVP, those 6 first place votes that Bran got were for sure homer votes.

Move on already.

If lebron had to play the same teams as durant he would of had a worse record. Just stop sounding like a troll and idiot. Your trying extremley too hard. Lebron didnt lose those games on purpose and coasting is for *******ss
Kobe dont coast cuz he goes out to destroy his opponents like MJ did. He dont care who hes playing a kid or an NBA team he wants to win. Lebron wants to coast? Greats give it there all every game

You guys are some real fakkits.

Yesterday you guys told us LeBron would put OKC "out of their mystery" and now LeBron will be "near anonymous" in the MVP voting?

Don't drop out of school to worship Bran full-time, kids.

Durant s stats are getting exposed in the playoffs with him getting less calls. His stats were inflated because the refs wouldnt let defenders play D on him. Now that they allow them play a little bit, Durant cant do shit.

If Lebron got the same calls that Durant got during the regular season, he would have averaged 36 ppg on 60% shooting. #TRUTH

Lebron was better he just played less minutes and didn't shoot as much which is evident in the rates.

There were so many games where he, instead of taking more shots to will his team to a victory like KD did in so many games, just kept passing the ball because they weren't high percentage shots like he's so used to taking to keep his inflated FG % up.
