Yea, alot of them seem a bit more introverted compared to other races which isn't necessarily bad thing as they get their energy and motivations from within and don't get easily affected by outside influences. But it's also a negative thing as there's the notion that Asians are all about work and their education and don't develop any personality.

The Inner Smile concept really is powerful. I stumbled upon it recently and have been implementing it in my daily life and it has done wonders for my mental state. It kind of brought to life the phrase "choose to be happy."

Now that you've learned about that I highly recommend you Youtube Tony Robbins Mental Heuristics and "NLP Godiva pattern" and "NLP Visual Squash"

Apparently you can trick your brain into enjoying things you normally know.

Other things that help stay upbeat are

green supplements
and just actively learning or socializing
