As I said before, the only thing Durant had to worry about was his mom eating all the food.
You could feed Congo with her.

My fellow Heat fans, why do you keep going after the dude for crying? It's a great moment for him. And it's a dead conversation. It happened a couple of days ago. You are telling me you wouldn't be emotional if you struggled and then were considered the MVP of what you do?

Well Ibaka can bring it up when he actually wins something:lol :lol

The guy is a attention seeker. 80% of NBA players grew up in dangerous places without fathers and with mothers who struggled. Why is this dude crying like he survived the holocaust?
His momma is fat as f*ck too.

Durant is not allowed to have emotions since Ibaka had a tougher childhood.
Shit, no one can have emotions unless they were abused and molested as a child. Is that the game you're trying to play?

Yeah you're not allowed to show emotions unless you're from the Congo.

First of all, Durant wasn't bitching. He was just expressing joy and emotion because he and his family "made it" or whatever. He obviously wasn't looking for pity. Secondly, just because someone has it worse than you doesn't mean you can't ever bitch about a legitimate problem. I'd say growing up poor and without a father is a pretty legit problem/challenge.

KD is a great ambassador for the NBA and I am glad to have him as the face of the league. A man of faith and loyalty is exactly what this league needs to represent it.
KD is a great man.

And this. I preferred Rose's humble speech though. I kind of wanted him to say "I love Mama" Waterboy style.
