He'll destroy you. Kiefer played in some basketball camps in the US when he was 13 to 16 yrs.old.

I am not even a huge fan of this guy, but dude is a very talented player.

Yes

At least 2-3 foreign players per team but they aren't allow to play at the same time.

If he is so good why not try out for a College team in the USA?

Too short and in the Philippines he is not playing against anyone taller then 6'5''

talented 6'0 guards are aplenty in America so he has no chance.

But, there is a 6'6 Filipino player going to play for a Div 1 US college team in 2015. His name is Kobe Paras and he is going to play for the UCLA Bruins. He is compared to Zach Lavine in terms of leaping ability.
