When you look at this roster, first thing you think of is title contenders. What the hell is going wrong for them? 2 borderline superstars surrounded with GREAT role players and an elite coach.

Chris Paul/Darren Collison
JJ Redick/Jamal Crawford
Matt Barnes/Danny Granger/Dudley
Blake Griffin/Glen Davis
DeAndre Jordan/Hollins

You wanna say Miami or OKC is stacked?

Why aren't they as great as they should be?

cant play a lick of defense.
jordan cant protect the paint like he used to because of weak ass whistles.
either CP3 or Griffin go MIA for some stretches each game.
excessive chucking mainly be Jamal.
against average or even good offensive team the clippers will win most of the time because they have so much firepower but against an elite offensive and stacked team like th Thunder they have no chance.
i am 100% sure the Thunder will backdoor sweep them:facepalm :facepalm

They look good on paper, but their players lack consistency. KD can consistently score, Lebron performs consistently day in and day out. Paul and Griffin, they show up sometimes, sometimes they underperform. A team will go as far as their stars take them.

Game 1 was the real clippers, they'll be back.

OP is one of these idiots who tries to create one-size-fits-all formulas for a successful team based on names on paper. "Ok so if you have teh star player thats like 55% and then like second star is 30% and coach is 15% and :blah :blah :blah "

It doesn't work like that you monstrous idiot. Individual players don't just have intangibles, but TEAMS have intangibles. Some teams look worse on paper but have a better dynamic, parts that fit together, players that click more effectively. That's why it's a team game you rube.

****ing people with their "1 superstar + robin, plus 'elite coach' + grade B role players" :facepalm :facepalm :facepalm

From my perspective they're one of the four to five best teams of the eight remaining in the playoffs, they're contending for a championship right now.

because the playoff hasn't ended.

so no teams seeded 1 through 4 in the NBA can be better than they should be at the moment.

:oldlol:

They can't stay healthy and they're constantly facing teams better then them. If you put them in the east they'd go much farther.

They are a top 4-5 team and as a 3rd seed after losing to a 2nd seed after all.

They are great. They're a championship contending team that is competing against another championship contending team.

But OKC might be better. We'll see.

I never put them on the same level as Miami, San an and Okc. Thought people expected way to much out of them

cp3 and jordan are overrated man to man defenders and no one can guard durant
losing to the OKC wouldnt be a shame though
