Miami Heat of 2011, 2012 and 2013...
I still can't decide, that's why I broke it down like this:
Regular Season: 2013 Miami Heat
Playoffs: 2011 Miami Heat
Finals: 2012 Miami Heat
... 2014 might be on his way to be at the top for Playoffs&Finals.
Agreed?

Because of health reasons, I'd say 2011

2011? Joel Anthony was a starter on that team. 2012 heat>>>>
2013 healthy.
2012 overall. When Bosh came back they were unbeatable.

They hardly beat the magic:roll:
LeBron averaged 38/8/8 against them and almost beat them with a shitty team. Lakers don't stand a chance against the Heat.

Honestly don't know how this is even a debate. 2011 easily. It would be consensus if it wasn't for LeBron's chokejob.
Prime Wade + Prime LeBron, they CRUISED through the playoffs and would have cruised through the Finals as well, again had it not been for a LeBron chokejob.
We're talking about the two best players in the league at the time on the same team.....2011 > 2012 > 2013/2014

Look, I like Pau and think he's a HoF eventually down the road. But him carrying the team on his back is NOT enough to beat any iteration of the Heat since The Decision.

We beat the Cavs 4-2. It wasn't close.

2013 Heat. Deepest, best defense, best shooters. More conistency. And if it wasn't for them going all out for the 27 game winstreak they would have destroyed everything in sight in the playoffs.

2012 by far.
They struggled in the earlier rounds because of bosh s injury. The finals showed how great they were healthy. They embarrassed a hot and young OKC team.

The best series they played, considering circumstances, stage, opponent, etc...
2012 Finals. That would be the best team if we do it like that. Because everyone was good. Wade and Bosh were solid, LeBron was in his peak season, role players stepped up, played D, shot well...
Healthy Bosh:
11/12 Heat
13 Heat
14 Heat
The way it went down:
11 Heat
12 Heat
13 Heat
14 Heat
14 Heat easily the worst.
2011 still the best Miami Version... Wade/Bosh at their best, a LeBron choke denying the title... And even through his stinker they were a couple of shots away from winning.
Edit: At NO point in 2011 you felt LeBron's cast was too weak.. at no point. You could always see the dominance.
In 2012, let's not forget Bosh missing half the playoffs, and the role players stinking it up with Wade shooting relatively low for stretches, having a 5 point game, etc. which led to LeBron needing to produce 2 epic games to turn around series' in the ECSF and ECF, both times snatching HCA back.

I think the 12 team was the best when Bosh was playing...obviously without Bosh they weren't, but with a healthy Bosh they were. They had better chemistry, Lebron was playing the best ball of his career, and Wade was still capable of being Wade when they really needed him...
I don't care about the regular season because you don't win the title in the regular season.
So if you judge the 12 Heat with Bosh...my list is;
12 Heat
11 Heat
13 Heat
14 Heat
13 Heat were clearly worse than 12 and 11...and 14 Heat were clearly the worst of them all.
The only debate is between 11 and 12...and that really hinges on Bosh.

Sorry, but Wade had just as much to do with turning that Indiana series as Lebron did. Yes, he scored 5 points, but he followed that up with these 3 games:

And in the close-out game on Indiana's floor:

41&10 on 17-25 shooting. And this was without Chris Bosh even playing, so please don't pretend Lebron didn't have a ton of help in 2012, because he did.

Yep, to focus on that point...
They beat the Celtics and Bulls 4-1 each, while going through some incredibly hard-fought games.. Multiple times they were behind, and then LeBron went bezerk and closed it out.
Just to pick that game 5 closeout in Chicago as example.
Seems like they were coasting throughout the game, down 10+ with about 3 minutes, then Wade/James score 8 and 9 points each, toughen up the D, and still win.

I know, all I'm saying is he was inconsisent...
Here, these are Wade's first 3 games vs Indiana:
19 PPG on 35%
Down 1-2, Game 4 in Indiana... LeBron drops 40/18/9... He and Wade take over the 2nd half.
The difference of Wade's first 3 and last 3 games was night and day. Because he had those 3 shit games to start, they were even in the position to get a bailout game from LeBron.

2012 they would've won 62+ games had it not been for the lockout season, 2013 was their best though, I mean come on. Most everybody was healthy, they had championship swagger, won 27 straight, you can't really argue against htat.
The only reason I don't say 2011 is they struggled in the regular season.

Sometimes it takes some time to figure a good defensive team out :confusedshrug: . Miami were struggling without Bosh as well. Bron was a good deal better than Wade those first 3 games, but he wasn't at all great in them either (Chalmers was the best player in game 3 :lol ).
edit: and overall i think Wade played better than Bron those last 3 games. It was only really game 6 against Boston that he took over and won the game pretty much on his own (best performance he's ever had i think).
