that was a pretty solid prank. I never got why people are so afraid of clowns though, the shit he was doing in this video would have been scary no matter what he was dressed up as.

Well in this video it's the mask honestly. Masks don't show people's emotions, and because you can't physically see someone's emotion they're portraying there's a fear there because there's uncertainty. Which is why Michael Myers or Jason has been scary over the early years.
