You can't just throw "greater than" and "less than" signs up to compare teams. The weighted value of each player is different. Iguodala is > Chandler Parsons, but that doesn't mean Parsons gives you 0 value at the small forward position, for example.

If you're a coach and you can't get along with the owner, you'd better be winning ships or you're getting fired.
