it's a different game in the postseason when the NBA releases the hounds like Joey Crawford, Dan Crawford, and Scott Foster.

Not true. I remember back in the late 90's Atlanta beat Charlotte in the regular season 4-0, but Charlotte beat Atlanta in 5 in the playoffs. I think it was 98.

That was 3-0, so technically not a sweep.

false info. OP made that stat up.

I know this is a lie because back in 2006, the Heat got swept by the Mavs and other teams, basically all the elite teams beat Miami in the reg seasn.... but then Miami won the championship

Yeah. Heat were 0-3 against Chicago in 2010-11 but Heat beat them 4-1 in the playoffs.

no it doesn't. back when the 1st round was best of 5 games.. you swept a team when you won 3-0

Well anyway, this start refers to 4-0 sweeps.

No, it means no wins against that team... so Rockets did it against the Magic, Heat did it against the Mavs, Spurs did it against the Cavs, Lakers did it against the Magic, and Heat did it against the Bulls and Nets.

I misstated it then. I was referring to 4-0 sweeps in the RS so it pretty much removes all teams from the other conference.
