View Full Version : How many times does Ray Allen have to save Lebron's legacy

First the 3 pointer last year and now the clutch defense of ray to poke the ball out of JJ's hands so that Bron could swipe at it.

Bron reaching in on pierce almost costing them the game....

Thank goodness for Ray Allen's clutch D and clutch 3 pointer yet again to save Bron's legacy!

So if Allen is open from three, he should just not shoot it?

He's a 38 year old three point specialist with championship experience... what did people think MIA hired him for? to post up or play PG? .. Not surprised at all Allen does his particular job to the Nth degree, he'd be "saving" any team he's on right now

Forget the 3.... it was the clutch D by ray and everyone is talking like Bran locked up JJ on his own.

If not for ray, JJ would have been 1 on 1 vs bran and torched him
like he had been doing all game.

Give credit where credit is due.

Ray saved Bran again. Real talk

Sure, just like a minute before when LeBron swatted Joe Johnson. ****ing Ray Allen was totally the reason LeBron went up for that block

If JJ hits that final shot on Bran, then Bran is mindfvcked the rest of the series. No way he comes back for the rest of the series after being torched like that all game.

Ray's clutch double team sealed the deal.

People still don't understand basketball is a team game. Ray Allen's shot wouldn't have meant anything if the MIAMI HEAT hadn't scored 91 points up until that point.

Yes. Covered him from the inbound of the ball.

Ray ray so damn clutch that he LEAVES Paul Peirce to double JJ. Look at the title of the vid. That's how fvcking clueless and blind bran stans are. Bran should have held up ray ray after the game.:lol

This is what I've been saying for the longest of his shot last year. It wasn't even a game WINNING shot. It was a game TYING shot. Meaning every single other point scored before then was just AS important as ray's shot because if you take any point away then ray's shot doesn't mean shit and isn't considered clutch all of a sudden. Ray hit a big shot yes indeed but it was the whole team's effort that won the series, not one person or one shot.

It matters because bran stans like the uploader of the vid won't acknowledge that bran got bailed out yet again and are even so pathetic as to say that it was bran alone who stopped JJ.

Team up 3-1.

Lose game five, team now up 3-2.

Therefore legacy ruined.

Got it.

Your looking at it wrong. That shot was the most CLUTCH shot in the history of the NBA. If not for that shot, there is no OT. No one will talk about what happened in the OT or before that, but people will talk about Bran missing his shot and ray hitting that shot to make up for it forever.

blah blah blah... and if Horry misses a 3 against the Kings, then Kobe/Shaq never would have 3 peated and their legacies would be tainted. You're still going off the hypothetical that even if Joe Johnson made a miracle shot, the Heat would have lost the series being up 3-2 with HCA :lol I love how desperate you are

People are dumb:confusedshrug: Lebron hit a very important three pointer before Allen did. Literally every shot before ray Allen's three was JUST AS important as his three was. There is no arguing that. The three would've been rendered useless if lebron missed his three before ray's.

And no one will remember those shots. Ray's shot will be remembered as the most clutch shot of all time.

I can't wait to bump this thread when Allen saves Bron AGAIN!

Is he not suppose to play well?

It's his job. He's a BASKETBALL player.

Why do you guys act like LeBrons teammates play well for LeBron only? They play well to win games. He's the best three point shooter ever. He's supposed to hit threes.

Every bran Stan on the board biting their nails and complaining all game until wade saves the day and changing their tune. It so so entertaining reading their meltdowns which was all for nothing, as wade saved the day.

Deal with it.
