But you know he's one of the top 5 greatest point guards above Nash, Kidd, Isiah, Stockton and Payton right?

kevin durant and russell westbrook have also never won a championship
while given the most help from the refs of any team in nba history.
u realize that whether u lose in the first round or finals u still lose right? did no one explain that to u?

So you don't account for championships when evaluating a player's career?

Come man give him a break. Having an all-star and arguably the best PF in the league, the sixth man of the year, one of the most improved players in the game in DeAndre, AND a deep ass bench isn't enough help for Cliff. He needs more help!

That seems to be the deal when it comes to Melo.

Chris and the Clippers fit eachother well, neither have been to the Conference Finals.

It is official. Parker, westbrook, curry and wall are all better. Put CP3 5th. Pathetic on such a stacked team with a top 3 coach.

You take into account the individual production of each of those championships for said individual player.

He's only above those players if you're a PER stat dork.

Well if I see someone use 11 rings for Russell one more time, I'm going to throw red paint on them. Post them stats. And the stats of his teammates for context.

:rant Yeah because turning around the worst team in the league to taking them the following two years to the NBA finals is something that Chris Paul can do with his eyes closed.
Payton- at least he made a finals, something chris paul hasn't even come close to accomplishing
Nash- well I will give you that, I always felt Kidd was better than Nash. Nash had such a stacked Suns team and could never reach the finals and who can't forget "whoever offense on Nash." Nash was a horrible defender and Chris Paul is better IMO, similar players but chris paul has better defensive instincts.

Steve Nash 2 time NBA MVP went to the Conference Finals 3 times > Chris Paul
Jason Kidd NBA Champion, 3 time Conference Champion > Chris Paul
Gary Payton NBA Champion, 2 time Conference Champion > Chris Paul

If CP retires today, will it be safe to say that he's the biggest superstar ever to not get out of the 2nd round?
Everyone in the top 10 or 15 ringless nba players have gone to the finals or at least conference finals.

You should be ashamed to even rep this name of yours. Kidd was a triple double threat every night in his prime. He is better than Cliff Paul at every aspect of the game.

I wouldn't say that now. He's an All-Star. He's just NOT the man or a superstar. He's a 2nd option player. He's a bonafide sidekick like Scottie Pippen.

Paul >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> D-Will.
That's not saying much since Curry, Westbrook, Paul, Parker, Wall, Lillard, Irving, Rondo, Dragic, Lowry, Ellis, Thomas, MCW, Teague, Holiday >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> D-Will.
That's 15 starting PG's off the top of my head that are better than your favorite player.

Stern had no idea what he was doing, but I know how to run this league. If the owners are distracted enough, I'll utilize my slight-of-hand abilities during the lottery and the Lakers should be rolling again soon.

Riding the bench to a Finals long after your prime means absolutely nothing.
