For instance, is Hakeem just being guarded naturally in the post? Or is he in the process of being blatantly shoved with two hands?

Griffin CLEARLY committed a foul late in game 4 that would have fouled him out. But, the refs "jobbed" OKC and failed to foul Griffin out. Giving the Clippers the game.
