Timmy's played in 43 Playoff series; his team has been under .500 for just 43 total days.

Quit while you're ahead man. Spurs are an elite franchise, and the Knicks just traded a first-rounder (and 2 second-rounders) for Bargnani and his contract. You're not winning this diss-off.

15-67.

Besides that year, they've been a consistent playoff team for most of their history. You don't win the title every year. They had some bad losses to the Bulls and Knicks. They disappeared when Wade had to carry them for a couple of years. Now that Miami has put themselves among the great franchises (3 titles, 4 EC titles, consistent playoff success), they should remain consistent playoff team even if they don't win more titles. Their history, family atmosphere, first class organization, and success will continue to attract more players.

My post was about Tim's career. You know, where a decent chunk didn't involve Manu or Tony at all, and in others they were scrubs.

Well, those people are dumb asses who didn't have any understanding about the game. I bet they didn't even know Miami had 60+ win team that made the ECF in 1997.

Miami has since become, at worst, a Top 10 franchise of all-time. I personally have them ranked #7 all-time for now.

The Magic, Blazers, and pretty much every team not named the Lakers has some sort of future to look to that the Knicks don't.

Actually, the Lakers have a 2014 draft pick.

I'm wondering if Minnesota gets contracted from the league if they continue to not make the playoffs. They are the only team on that chart to not do so in that time period and that came right after their best playoff run.

Bobcats will win a playoff game eventually if they can continue to build around their current core.

Knicks have their pick next year, and are free from all their contracts as well. On top of that, they have Phil Jackson to recruit. How is that not a better future than the Orlando Lakers (AAA team), and the Blazers? Lillard is not carrying that team to a title, and no free agents are ever going to go there.

2005 is kind of an arbitrary number right? It's like all those great historical "records" where player X is the first to do ___ ____ and ___ since 1993 and while wearing yellow socks.

Definitely still happy to see the Heat near the top of that list though.

I don't remember LeBron being a part of the 31 Playoff wins prior to '11.

BTW, all of those wins are part of Wade's Heat.
