Did the lips match the vocals in the live performance? The one clip on YouTube is kind of glitchy, reminds me of Cafe 80's in Back to the Future 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTPVitfXNDg

Was it the same as the Tupac concert? The technology used to make the Tupac hologram was invented in the 1800s.

So was the technology used to make all digital music possible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulse-code_modulation). Doesn't mean it hasn't been simplified with newer technology, and improved upon.

An impersonator, some of the moves were real slow compared to the real MJ.

Yeah, seemed to be a pre-recorded impersonator likely with digital edits to make it look just like him, maybe some digitial edits in there to give him some actual MJ moves.
2 hologram companies are suing that they didn't want them to use their technology. The judge threw out the case however.

Yeah, it didn't even come close to doing justice to the real MJ. This and the Tupac thing is just creepy.
