What should be an average time for public washroom?

I find myself waiting an average of about 10 minutes every time I wait for a public washroom. People can't be duecing every single time I wait in line. I couldn't even bring myself to use a public lue. I'm in and out, 4 minutes tops. What the hell do people do in there?

Maybe they don't drink enough water, which slows bowel movements. Sometimes those logs can be too stubborn to come out.
