In a age where almost everyone uses Twitter and Facebook. Where ESPN is on 24/7. ESPN and the NBA post a lot about him and a lot of people use that to hate him. People would do the same with Jordan. I agree that most of the hate is from sheep that can't think for themselves and just went off bandwagon stuff. However, even so, the hate is much less of a factor than the hype says. As an example, even at his most popular Kobe was never the pitchman that you think he would've been given his fame, Jordan style game, etc. That's because he was such a polarizing figure. Even through all of the hate of the decision and what not, Lebron has remained the most marketable athlete in sports. If he was as hated as the hype would tell you, that wouldn't be the case.

I agree with you regarding the Kobe stans, because they're just the worst fanbase ever. However, with Jordan fans it's a bit different. There are some that just hate on Bron blindly, but most just don't appreciate that some of the more obnoxious Bron fans try to put him on the Jordan level when he hasn't gotten there yet. I like Bron, but he hasn't reached Jordan status. Great player and I believe will retire at least top 5 but it's really pushing it to give him Jordan status. That's just a really high mountain. No shame in him being in the same realm as Jordan but clearly not as good though.
