They gave away their puss... er... their HC advantage last night. Miami won't let them win back home.

Most likely, yeah. What we have right now, essentially, is a 5 game series where back-to-back champion, back-to-back Indiana killers Miami Heat have homecourt advantage.

Yup. Indy had to play last game like it was game 7 and then maybe play more relaxed back in Miami after securing their home games. Too late.

A court is a court. Nothing changes. Especially with the way they've been playing on the road.
They have as good a chance in the Heat's building as their own.

I still think Miami will eventually make it to the Finals but I wouldn't be surprised the series will be tied 2-2 going into Gm 5. Really, these two teams are good enough to win on the other's HC, I never thought Indy would win all 4 of their home games or Miami would just win their 3 home games. HCA is really vital when you get to that 7th gm, historically the home team almost always wins.
I predicted the most likely outcome for me is Heat in 6 but if Indy does push it to 7, they'll win. The Pacers have two shots to get one in Miami, that simple. Lol at those who think it's over:no: Why watch the rest of the series then :confusedshrug:

Ok, let's just wait and see.
What part of the home team almost always winning the 7th gm is false? I did say from the begining that Miami takes it in 6, if it goes 7, then Miami should be the underdog. You really think this series is over in 5? Lol. Alot of unpredictable shit can happen and has happened that can swing a series, like injuries for example (Isiah Thomas ankle injury that prevented them from beating LA in 88 Finals is just one example). Hell, Tony Parker's injury in the Finals last year :confusedshrug: If it's a given Miami will win, why do you idiots waste time even watching? :facepalm

only 2 games have been played so far and Indiana looked pretty good in both.
Too early to call this series over..actually I believe Indiana is going to win

Last season's playoffs, Indy split their away games at Miami. Year before, ditto. So it'd be a first if Miami wins two straight at home against them this time around.

I'm pretty sure Miami was the favorite going into last nights game, hence they would probably be favorites going into game 7 at Indiana too. So... I guess you're wrong.

And yet they gave homecourt back to Miami like 10 times in the final few weeks of the reg season. The Heat just didn't want it.

More like they didn't needed it. They felt they were too far behind the
Spurs for the best record and it wasn't worth it to fight for the east HC alone.

I gather then Miami was favored in game 1 too then...

I swear basketball fans are such prisoners of the moment. After Game 1 it's "MIAMI HAS NO CHANCE!" and after Game 2 it's "OH MIAMI IS OBVIOUSLY GOING TO WIN." I hate Indiana but shit this series is going at least 6 games.

They wanted the #1 seed in order to have game 7 on their home court. They expect this to go to 7.

Uh... it was 1-1 last year too and the Heat won.
This is probably going 7 games. Extremely close. The teams are evenly matched.

I think it is. The Pacers problem is their offensive balance is wrong. It's no surprise that as Paul George's star has risen, Hibbert and Hill have regressed. Not long ago Hill looked like one of the best young point guards and Hibbert like he could be the second best center in the league.
George should be the closer, but for the rest of the game, they should have more even distribution.
They would have won this series if they would have won last night, and I guess they can feel good they only lost by 4 with George going 4 - 16 and (in my estimation) their true MVP David West shockingly coming up small too.
But, the reality is unless the Pacers can find a way to harness most of their many weapons at the same time and solve their identity confusion issues, it's the end for them.
Heat in 6.

Not that even if Miami plays up to potential.. Heat in 6.. Even if Indy splits in Miami expect Heat to win in Indy Gm 5 and close at home in 6.

This is what I've been saying. It's really hard to win every playoff game at home between two evenly matched teams, not just for the Pacers, for any team. The Pacers goal is to have a seventh game at home, it's not a guarantee they'll win the 7th game but home teams win over 9 out of 10 times a game 7 at home.
Like I've been saying, I think Miami wins in 6 BUT if Indy does push it to 7, the odds favor them with a winner take all game at home. They pushed Miami last year to 7, why do these Bran stans act like it's impossible for that to happen again:confusedshrug:

it's not going 7 when they lose on their homecourt the first two games especially with indy as the "favorite"

Miami lost HCA in game 2 last year and won in 7. Pacers can win in Miami just like they did last year.

If LeBron plays Pointguard and keeps dominating the ball the Heat will win in 5-6.
Of Spo goes back to let that retard Chalmers handle the ball the Heat will lose in 6
its THAT simple

If they lose game 4 it's over. Miami is not going to lose 3 games in a row. They haven't even lost back to back games since 2012 in the playoffs.

Spurs fans are mad cuz they will not have the 2 weeks to rest advantage like last year :lol

Its plausible for Indy to win game 5. No way this series gets past Miami in game 6 at home.
This series was DOA from the start.

The only thing is that Miami is undefeated in elimination games when up 3-1 in a series. It's possible, but I think Miami closes it out in game 5 if they win game 4.

I don't think it's over yet. It's only been 3 games with Miami being up a game in the series, Game 5 will be played at Indiana. Games 2 & 3 could have gone either way, but Indiana just collapsed in both 4th quarters....Ray Allen going red hot made it look like a blowout but it was a close game until Indy gave up.
