Do you do that every day? I've been hitting the gym a lot lately and doing around 40 mins of cardio, but I'm not seeing much results.

Nah but I'm wondering if there is an actual proven workout plan consisting of something like that. I've done standard 5x5 programs but they aren't intense enough for me.

You could try looking up workout plans for 200m/400m runners, maybe 800m runners. If I find something I'll report back.
If the 5x5 programs aren't intense enough... why not just add more weight? :confusedshrug:

This!! Doesn't matter how much time you put into the gym, it's all about what you put into your body. A lot of people don't realize that for some reason.
