1. No. You will probably be asked to leave (most likely by force) for doing it in front of the public, near the seating/pole areas. VIP is different, but since your looking for the full experience... should ask the stripper what she offers.

2. Tipping drinks ? I guess you don't have to, but it's good gesture. If I'm at one and the service is good, I tip. Tipping strippers on stage ? I don't think you tip them unless your up close. If you are and don't tip, it depends how that club regulates that. Could be a problem or it could be nothing.

I usually tip more than enough or even more to a bartender. While I usually haven't been that up close to a stage, I haven't seen anyone not tip unless it's some really old guy. And yeah the experience you have with servers will effect your chances with the strippers.
