He has been making those his entire career, his passing skills/vision for a non-PG is according to me up there somewhere with the best passing non-PGs ive seen like Maravich, Bird, Lebron, Penny etc.

Magic Johnson? Well, nobodies passing ability is like Magics i think.... i was talking about non point-guards.... even though Penny did play a bit of point-guard himself he played more SG / combo-guard.

Well, loving/hating etc. a player is a bit to immature for me, what i do "love" (more like appreciate, find entertaining) is his game.... there is a difference...

HIS PASSING GAME IS NOTHING SPECIAL

It was i think, but again, its just my opinion after i just so happened to grow up in the 90s watching as much as possible from Penny live, he had easily the most aesthetically pleasing game ive seen by my acquired taste, everything from footwork to shooting to passing, he had it all offensively in all its smooth glory.

How many games have you seen from prime Penny?
Have you at least seen some highlights?

But you're saying that while comparing him to Magic...a comparison he never made.

I mean, I would agree with you if you said that Bird and Penny shouldn't be in the same sentence, but right now you're arguing with the wind.

No man. It's not just your opinion...Penny was one of the best passers of his day. Analysts, other players, other coaches, and even Magic Johnson himself admired Penny's passing vision.

"It's like watching myself play in the mirror" - Magic Johnson, upon watching a young Penny Hardaway play.

Penny also was the starting point guard for the '95-'97 Magic. Who else would be the pg in these starting lineup?

'95- Nick Anderson, Penny Hardaway, Dennis Scott, Horace Grant, Shaquille O'Neal
'96- Nick Anderson, Penny Hardaway, Dennis Scott, Horace Grant, Shaquille O'Neal
'97- Nick Anderson, Penny Hardaway, Dennis Scott, Horace Grant, Ron Seikaly

Arvydas Sabonis was one of the best passers of all time and averaged like 2 assists.

I just use him as an example because it's well known that he was a GOAT passer...but there are many others....currently, guys that are in a similar boat with great vision but don't get too many assists are: Spencer Hawes, Andre Igoudala, and Joakim Noah.

what? MJ played very good efficient basketball. Moving the ball doesn't make you a good team. Moving the ball to get the best shot does that and that is what bulls did on most occasions.
The only thing i hate about MJ is that his Nike marketing team made it a requirement for you to be a great scorer to get the best shoe line and contract. LeBron would be a way better player than he is right now if he wasn't sctrutinized by the media for not scoring big . His game 1 against spurs last season was a good performance but people treat it like he didn't do anything when he had 18-18-10 triple double in that game with TP hitting a circus shot shot to make us win.
