Why is SillktheShocker not banned?

Maybe I'm missing something here, I feel like the only reason he hasn't been banned is because of some sort of respect for his longevity as a poster. All he does is troll, literally in all his topics and replies, he just trolls and it is some of the most obvious trolling on this site. Do I need to respect this dude?

EDIT: And to be clear, this isn't a grudge, I just am purely curious why he is not banned if Jeff is trying to cut down on trolling, he is one of the most obvious ones.

Ive been here for about 13 years and he is likely in the bottom 10 all time far as the ratio of good posts to bad. That said...being an idiot does not get you banned. Being an obstruction to others trying to enjoy themselves might...but not just....being wrong about virtually everything.

Hes awful but awful and somewhat low key. You can be as wrong as you like if you dont do it in "spam" fashion or break any real rules.
