no way the cavs hire him..

but this is exactly why i was so pissed they fired mike brown..

they got rid of a proven coach who actually improved the team with tangible results and are going to replace him with somebody like Gentry or VDN.

:hammerhead:

I'd much rather they get somebody new like vanterpool or adrian griffin.

IF Cleveland actually does hire VDN (I don't think it'll actually happen), imagine being drafted to Cleveland. As if it's not bad enough having to live in that city, you also have to play with two head-cases in Waiters and Irving and a dropkick coach in VDN.

Way to go to try getting Lebron back:applause: Dan Gilbert knows what he's doing, firing the same coach twice in 5 years and getting VDN are great moves:applause:

Yeah, like VDN is really getting this job. It's just a report, which might be not even true. In the end, I think we're going with some college coach or George Karl.

Cavs are seriously trolling. They hired Mike Brown, then fired him. Then hired Mike Brown after another team fired him, just to fire MB, again. Now they want Vinny?

Theoo would be proud

The next 12 months:

Sign Vinny del Negro.
Trade #1 for Kevin Love.
LeBron holds Decision Pt.2 and announces he stays in Miami.
Deng is pissed and leaves.
Cavs miss the play-offs.
Embiid and Rubio lead Minnesota to the play-offs.
Love is double pissed and announces he

They are going to hire LeBron's old high school coach. Would anyone be shocked?

Vinny Del African-American seems to get alot of interviews, even though noone thinks he's a good coach.

The Del Negro bashing has become like the Jim Buss hate. People just repeat it bc they hear others repeat it. Nobody can actually explain their justification for it.

I cannot believe Lionel freakin Hollins is not on the top of everyone's wish list. The dude can communicate with the players and still have a old school personality to him.

He is a proven defensive minded coach with the ability to let his player get in to a motion offense. That is a perfect situation for him over in Cleveland and there is nothing on this...

I can.

Poor player rotations, poor in game adjustments, has little to no playbook.

That's all you need to know about Vinny.

There's no way they're stupid enough to hire VDN, is there?
Should have just kept Byron.

It will be interesting to see what roster changes they make..

Doesn't he get interviewed for pretty much every available coaching spot? Dude must have a good agent.

If the Cavs hire VDN and pass on Embiid, I'm becoming a free agent fan. J/S
