Well his parents saw the videos and called the cops on him. He was visited by police, but he fooled them and was able to convince them he wasn't a real danger. The cops can only arrest you if you they feel you are real danger. I don't know if they asked about his guns. They also didn't search his room which I sure the parents could have allowed. In retrospect they parents should have done this.

He took the videos down, but uploaded them again right before he did it.
