Does his back look okay to you? This kid has Hakeem potential. If the Cavs don't draft him Dilbert should be forced to sell the team to Balmer so he can move them to Seattle. Then Memphis moves east.
Anyway, my list:
1. Cleveland - Joel Embiid
2. Milwaukee - Andrew Wiggins (trade to Philly and pick up an extra pick)
3. Philadelphia - Jabari Parker (trade to Milwaukee)
4. Orlando - Dante Exum
5. Utah - Julius Randle
6. Boston - Aaron Gordon
7. LA Lakers - Marcus Smart
8. Sacramento - Dario Saric (trade)
9. Charlotte - Gary Harris
10. Philadelphia - Jusuf Nurkic
11. Denver - James Young
12. Orlando - Doug McDermott
13. Minnesota - Nik Stauskas
14. Phoenix - Zach LaVine
Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Knicks or Nuggets trade for a mid first round pick to draft Kyle Anderson. He's perfect for the triangle, and he'll be an all-rookie first teamer.

With all of these "room to grow" players in recent years, I'd like to see a sure fire impact player taken first.
Wiggins won't be elite for his first few years tbh. :confusedshrug:

Then you better not have wiggins over Parker. It's all about what they've seen him do and that's youtube videos of him running and dunking. You want player? Without media coverage you wouldn't have been able to peg wiggins as a top couple or top overall type pick. Even more drastic w La Vine.

There are some really tough calls in this draft. Obviously, there's the never-ending Parker/Wiggins debate and it seems as though Exum is the likely choice at 4, but after that... Tough.
Vonleh is the highest climber at the moment and it wouldn't shock me if he ended up going to Utah at 5.
Smart is a very intriguing prospect. If he had a better jumpshot, he'd probably go 4th. He sort of reminds me of a bigger version of Eric Bledsoe when he was coming out of UK.
Randle's stock seems to be dropping. I think there is real concern that he's basically a one-handed player at this stage. He can't do sh!t with his right hand and that will be taken advantage of really quickly in the NBA. I still have him at 6, but it wouldn't shock me if he dropped as low as the 8-10 range.
I like Stauskas and Saric at the tail end of the Top 10.
Gordon is a guy that could bump up a few spots if Randle drops. To me, those two guys are sort of competing against one another for draft position.
Really tough call this year.

I agree with almost all if what you said but I just see Smart as no good but he'll def be drafted about where you said he'll be. I just think he can't shoot, isn't fast enough and isn't enough of a PG to play PG in the NBA. He didn't really improve this year. I'm not sure if Saric is gonna go that high or not because of concerns of him not playing here next year. Also, Lavine or someone else could break in to the top 10. I don't think Randle will drop that much because although he's one handed, he measured well at the combine and his vert was better than expected. McDermott could likely be in the top 10 as well because he tested well at the combine. Stauskas could def be 10th also. It is tough because you're not selecting players who have played four years of D1 ball, these are guys with a year under their belts. I'm sure several of these guys won't pan out and guys taken later in the draft will be surprises. Either way, don't condemn any of them if they play poorly next year because it's gonna take a few years for these dudes to get rolling.

I'm calling Hawks and Kings make #8 trade deal before draft. #8 pick is officially on the block and apparently the 2 heaviest rumored targets are Gibson from Bulls and Horford from Hawks.
I think the Hawks are more ambitious, so I think the deal gets done there.
Kings get - Al Horford, #15 pick
Hawks get - Jason Thompson, Derrick Williams, Jason Terry, #8 pick
I also dream the Jazz will get Parker and the only way to do that is to trade up. I say...
Jazz get - #3 pick
76ers get - Rudy Gobert, Alec Burks, #5 pick

That trend has made drafting since the mid-90s so much more difficult than it was in the 1980s and early part of the 90s. It was very rare for a player to leave before completing at least three years of college back then. By that point, you have a pretty good idea of the player you're getting.
Then, we went through the KG, Kobe, up to LeBron/Dwight years where high school guys were declaring and it was almost a total crapshoot in most cases. It's easy to forget how many heralded HS stars never made it in the NBA.
Now, we've settled into a weird middle ground. We see just enough to where you can catch glimpses of potential against good competition, but it's still tough to evaluate, especially with the one-and-doners.
Here's how I feel about this draft...
Embiid is on his own tier at the top. I do firmly believe that. I don't think there's even really going to be a hefty debate when all of the workouts are completed.
Wiggins and Parker are going to fight for positions 2/3 all the way up until draft night. I might slightly prefer Wiggins right now, although he has a lot of holes in his game, because he's going to be a really good defender pretty much out of the gates. With his athletic ability, he'll figure out what works best offensively. I didn't think he was used all that well in the KU offense. Yeah, he needs to work long and hard on his handle, but he has the athletic traits to be a sort of Russell Westbrook at the 3... which is pretty crazy to think about.
You look back at the concerns about Westbrook coming out of college and there was a lot of the same stuff being said. He was not a popular pick for OKC according to other fans around the league. I remember many people thinking Jeryd Bayless was a much better prospect because of Russ' lack of a jumper and supposed suspect ball handling skills.
Regardless, the 76ers will gladly take whichever guy is left.
Exum seems to be set at 4.
Almost anything could happen after that, as you said.

2. Milwaukee - Needs PG, SF. Wiggins or trade pick.
3. Philadelphia - Need SG, SF, PF. Smart, Parker or trade.
4. Orlando - Needs PG/SG (whichever one you don't consider Dipo), SF, PF. Dante Exum is the name most attached to them, but Smart or Parker would do well, also.
5. Utah - Needs SG, SF. Marcus Smart, Randle (big SF).
6. Boston - Needs every position. Not sold on Olynyk or Sully. Most likely to trade up if Embiid is not picked first.
7. Lakers - Need everything. Best player available.
8. Sacramento - Need interior defensive presence or SF to develop.
9. Charlotte - G, SF, PF. Pretty much best player available.

I don't get why Levine cracks anyone's top 10.
I just don't see it.
Because he's got physical tools you cannot teach. His combines showcased it. Beat exum in Speed drills and outjumped Gordon. Good size for a shooting guard with a long wingspan and has an outside shot that has room to develop.
At#10 I hope the Sixers snag him. He can be rotated with MCW, Wroten, and Anderson.
