In order to stop Lebron, you have to clog the paint. Lebron shot 100 percent inside the paint, but just 30 percent outside the paint.

Well duh. The Pacers know that. But Miami spreads them out. Hibbert is forced to guard Bosh at the perimeter or other wise leave him wide open. Miami forced Indiana to play Miami's style this series and the Pacers don't have the players to win a fast paced small ball game.

Even when you clog the paint, LeBron is gonna drive in and get the foul 90% of the time.
If you really wanna stop LeBron you gotta force him to stay in the perimeter. Get low when you play defense because that helps with movement. That would help you stay in front of him. But of course, LeBron would try to push through you to get in the lane so you gotta be physical.

You're right OP. They should all stand in the paint. In fact, PG should sit on Hibbert's shoulders while Hill and Lance do cartwheels around the paint to produce a moving barrier. David West can just lie down and spread his body to cover as much surface area as possible.

Pacies can't do anything to stop LeBron in the fast break. He was hitting just about everything tonight. Dat fadeaway 3 at the shot clock buzzer :applause:

No it's not, I want answers. The pacers have the horses, Copeland and Turner are rotting on the bench when they should be in the game playin small ball.

They can do something actually, like maybe not turn the ball over? (Paul George)

Indiana can't beat Miami playing small ball. Miami is the better team and has been the last 3 years against Indy. But, Indiana has the match up advantages to beat Miami. They beat Miami when the game is slow and low scoring where their bigs beat Miami in the paint and Miami has to execute in the half court. You play Miami's game, you are playing right into their hands.

No Hibbert shouldn't even be playing, Scola has been dominating and gets hardly any playing time. I think their coach is just not good enough to get it done.

I guess Diaw stopped LeBron to the tune of 37 pts and 12 boards in game 7.

Clever.
So I guess Kobe choked because he show up for game 1-6 against the Celtics, but Lebron only needs to show up for game 7's and he dominates.

LeBron shows up when it counts, best elimination or clinching game stats ever. He has wet the bed a few times though.

James is the best game 7 performer in history while Kobe averages 21 ppg on 39% shooting:applause:
