But serious question, are baboons docile enough to be domestic even as adults? I always hear about chimps being dangerous and flipping out on people once they reach maturity, but is this not the case for baboons?? If so... want want WANT want WANT!!!

Hyenas are the true king of the jungle. They kill something like 95% of the food they eat themselves, they scare away leopards and lions........and they dont take shit from no one.

I even read that during the filming of the Lion King there were countless wildlife experts who complained to Disney about their uneducated depiction of the animal

They are not hermaphrodites (having both male and female sexual organs), nor can they change their sex at will, as many people believe. Although the external female genitalia have a superficial similarity to those of the male, they are nonetheless female organs and only the females bear and nurse young. Why the female hyena developed in this manner is not known, but it may have been necessary for them to appear large and strong to protect their young from males, as hyenas have cannibalistic tendencies.

The ration of hyenas to male lions has to be like 10 to 1 for hyenas to be aggressive.

Have you ever seen that documentary Lions and Hyenas, Eternal Enemies - link below. Its epic... one of the best animal documentaries. There are some Male lions that just have it out for Hyenas. And they can sort out which Hyena is the Alpha and ... .

A hyena is far beyond the level of a dog, they'd snack on your average pitbull. Hyenas are on the level of leopards, maybe higher since they have insane durability. They're extremely underrated.
