What do you think?

If you had a vote... how would you vote?

Ernie Johnson gets so annoyed by him. It's hilarious.

It just happened again.

even though he kinda sucks the show would be pretty boring without him.

chuck needs someone that can make him look smart

Shaq is not very funny, insightful and lacks wit.

You know who has a great personality for TV? Karl Malone

Pisses me off how people hate in shaq , they should be thankful he's still involved in the nba. Once he's gone there will never be another presence or specimen like him.

He needs to be there for Shaqtin and back and forth w/ Chuck.

He ain't that good, but he's become part of the ecosystem.

Though...I feel like Webber needs to be in a studio.....this dude can't commentate for shit.

Probably / No

He hasn't added shit to the chemistry, y'all just think that because you're used to him now. He sucks at commentating, his insight sucks, his jokes suck, everything he does up there sucks.

He needs to leave TNT and go host some shitty reality shows and make some cameos in some National Lampoon movies. That's where his schtick belongs.

Yes, No.

Although I agree that the crew needs conflict (which is Shaq right now) for entertainment value. But Shaq is so ****ing annoying, couldn't they find anyone else with a personality? C-Webb? Maybe a retired Nash?

My dream would be Sheed, but I think he's still with the Pistons.

So you didn't like Inside the NBA before Shaq was added to the crew :coleman:

I thought he'd be much more entertaining, but I'm getting tired of his schtick. He'll definitely be back, although I wish he'd only do Shaqtin' and make a few random appearances as an analyst. So I'd vote no to him being a regular analyst.

Webber is a much better in-studio analyst imo than Shaq (especially compared to his color commentating- Webber tries too hard to fill the time). When Kenny gets a night off, they would bring in Payton (C-Webb + Payton is straight comedy). Grant Hill is pretty insightful also and I wouldn't mind him. I also think Battier would be great if he doesn't get a coaching/front office job.

I agree that Payton + C-Webb is comedy gold, I wish they'd use them as a duo more.

I hope they get rid of him. I never understood why people thought he was funny while he was playing, I understand it even less now.

That show is half of what it used to be ever since he was added :facepalm

Yes. Shaq is top 5 all-time  and entertaining. Shaq is the most underrated top 10 player.

Shaq reminds me of that episode of Eastbound and Down where Kenny and another analyst go to ridiculous lengths to outdo the other. He's so clearly jealous of Barkley and the love he gets, so he's always trying to steal his thunder or tear him down in some way.
