okay... i was going to call bullshit but slowing down the original is exactly the same... i literally read "obey the U.S. Government" between the lines among many other creepy lines which if the source of this videos actually came from some political party or a government source would piss me the hell off... who the **** is the source of that video? I can see some of the words flickering by even in the first one at normal speed.

I doubt it was done by the government intentionally though. Probably some subversive type working in video who hated working on the video did it as his private joke.

Watch the subtitles closely, they are wiped in and out with different letters.
