Sure, give me a mathematical rundown of LeBron's MVP count vs. Kobe's
If we can also do career stats, and playoff stats, that would be handy too.

LeBron Playoff PPG: 28.1

Will someone who is more knowledgeable then me please explain why Kobe, the greatest player of all time, who is a shooting guard, the god of scoring, average less then this LeBron?

Damn. Kobe has been EXPOSED once again. Props to Kyle on this. The bottomline is that Kobe is not a good playoff performer. Time and time again we pull up stats exposing Bean on his piss poor performances. Lebron is so much better than Kobe that I SCOFF at the thought of anyone putting him in a top 10 alltime list. Add that to the fact that Kobe only has one championship and it's just....

sure....
Kobe = More playoff games played, but first 2 teenage years played far less minutes coming off the bench
Lebron = Less playoff games played....played more minutes, missed the playoffs his first few seasons, didn't play in the post season until he was 21 years old.
from ages 21 - 30... Kobe played more games , scored more points, won more Championships.
example: say LBJ plays until he's 38 years old......in his 18th and 19th season he only plays 15 - 20 minutes and only scores 10 ppg in the playoff's ( kinda like 2011) it will bring down his averages....:confusedshrug:

Bran has only played in the playoffs during his prime (2006-2014) and played far fewer 50-win opponents
Kobe started off coming off the bench and didn't hit his prime until 2001 but before then he already had many playoff games under his belt and he has played far more 50-win opponents
Kobe 2001-2010 Playoffs: 28.8 ppg
Kobe 2001-2010: 20-5 playoff series record vs 50-win teams
Bran 2006-2014 Playoffs: 28.1 ppg
Bran 2006-2014: 4-6 playoff series record vs 50-win teams
If you don't think 50-win teams matter in the playoffs...Bran averages 26.4 ppg vs them in the playoffs (not including the current ECF).

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because your post gave me cancer anyway.

If you were older than 14, you'd know that.
