LeBron 2010. Second round exit lol.

In all seriousness it was close. KD had Russ and still struggled every round. Rose was alone on offense and still tore Indy and Atlanta up.

I'm not convinced of that.

Rose ran into the buzzsaw that is Bran but was otherwise himself.

Durant got shut down or shat his pants mulitiple times throughout these playoffs. His overall impact has been a bit exposed tbh. He needs to hit the gym and work on his post game.

Durant was his normal self though. People just pay more attention to playoff games, but this is exactly who has always been. His stats look better than his game.

The Lebron stans can never let Rose's MVP go.

Rose won it, Lebron didn't move on already.

Not true. Was not as turnover prone during the regular season, and was able to facilitate the "offense" much smoother than in these playoffs.

Dirk's 2007
Nash's 2004

Are worse.

Derrick got defeated by LeBron / Wade and Bosh. Oh, and he was always consistently the best player on his own team. Meanwhile in OKC, Westbrook has basically been better all playoffs. Durant played with a superior player to himself, and still couldn't reach the Finals.

All of this. Rose 2011 really wasn't that bad. He was a beast in the 1st 2 rounds.

Durant plays in the West.

Even if he had lost in the 1st round, he would've had a better post-season than Rose, because the first two rounds in the East are like regular season games, and the third round is like the first round in the West.

Just because Westbrook was better than Durant these playoffs doesn't mean Durant wasn't good, it just means Westbrook was amazing.

Durant wasn't good at all. Terrible D, empty O. Watching the games, you would forget he's out there. Westbrook went alpha and just took the shine on both ends.

And had no offensive threat next to him, being face guarded by LEBRON JAMES in his best defensive season of his career.

While also being shaded with multiple layers of help defense towards the rim. It's gotten to the point the resentment for Rose being out, people have underrated his 2011 season, and post season.

Rose was worse, but KD's was more disappointing because he should deserves to be held to a higher standard. KD declined significantly in the playoffs, but he was still better than Rose could hope to be.

The only thing worse than trying to discredit MVP's is trying to discredit championships.

We're witnessing a rare achievement take place in the form of 4 straight finals, and a potential 3-peat, something that would go down as one of the great team runs in the history of the sport, and all people can do is bitch about collusion. I mean really? :facepalm

I compare it to those people who go to watch movies like Fast & Furious and say "that's unrealistic, you can't do that in real life, blah blah blah blah blah" meanwhile everyone else is munchin on popcorn and enjoying themselves.
