Heh. KD don't have any real post moves and his ppp is second to LBJ. I watched a few of his games in the RS. So...what is considered a post up? Just back to the basket? If so, I saw KD do that a lot in the RS and just shot over guys. He doesn't really back down ppl from what I saw.
D-Wade needs more plays calls for him the post.
BG and his awkward post moves is one of the best in the league.
LBJ efficiency is so high tho. That FG% and ppp.

Actually the real post up king is Al considering he posted up by far the most times and shot 50%
Durant's post game is like Lebron's pre 2012. It always ends in a fadeaway . Not bad though considering he's second on that list.

should also get a table of how often these guys pass out of the posts and the (hockey) assist they get. Teams know Jefferson, Dirk, Lebron etc are good post up players, so they'll definitely shadow another player on him. Just scoring isn't everything, learning to pass out of the post is just as important.

And some people don't understand how this makes Miami such a dangerous team - having two elite post-up players, who are both great at passing from the post, and creating high percentage opportunities for their teammates.
Some actually whine about Bosh not getting more touches in the post, but why would he when the Heat already have two guys who are superior to him at post play (better passers too)?.

No, it's smart. But that explains his high FG% in the post.

Dirk is easily better than Lebron

also Al & Melo because of the number of plays.

What's amazing is that they never seem to get in each others way and the different look always presents a challenge for the opposing team.

Wow, at Jefferson.
Dwight should have been on that list, somehow or due to volume, and will likely only be behind Al Jefferson next year in number of post ups.

It's due to PPP. Last time I heard about it, Dwight numbers were like this
http://sports.cbsimg.net/images/visual/whatshot/dwightplays.jpg
His PPP wasn't as good as the other post players of the league and he wasn't converting them as good either. This was in January tho. It's a shocker that BG converts more and adds more PPP.
Dirk and Al are the kings in terms of volume.

Yes Big Al and Dirk might have the best post up stats + volume. This however just speaks more so of Lebron's offensive versatility.
Deadly in transition? Check.
The most efficient + dominant post game in the league? Check.
Underrated and very good on the catch and shoot, stats are top 5 I'm pretty sure for this. Check.
Playmaker, makes the extra pass/right play? Check.
Very good off the ball? Check.

I would like to see the coach run more cut to the basket plays when Lebron has the ball. I always felt his passing game has been underutilized.
Lebron's pass and shoot game will never look that good because he has Ray Allen, Rashad and Battman on his team, all of whom look very impressive in that area.
Thanks Micku, for the answer above.
