The Spurs had Lebron figured out last year, Ray Allen won the series. So will the Spurs play Lebron the same way again, or will they need to make adjustments to better handle Ray Allen?

Dare him to shoot.
Don't help off of Ray.

Yes, but someone else will bail out Bran this year if the Heat win.

yep spurs will slow down lebron again, lebron doesnt have the confidence of someone like wade, if he misses a few times he will question himself and overthink and with his shaky jumper thats bound to happen. In close late game situations, id say they deny rayray the ball and force lebron to beat them

The LeBron Rules will be in full effect. Boris Diaw's going to be silently judging Bron's broken mid range jumper with his eyes from afar all series.

There's no "bailout shot" without LeBron scoring 16 points on 7-10 shooing in the 4th Q.

I really miss the days of the best player on each team taking and making 100% of their team's shots. Those were the days.

Antoine Walker actually played with Paul Pierce and made it to the Conference finals a few times as a dual forward threat.

The real question is "How much time will Matt Bonner spend defending LeBron?" Unsung hero of the conference finals Matt "Red Rocket" Bonner pretty much shut Durant down in games 4, 5, 6.

Won't work as well as it did last time, though, it probably works well enough for them to use it. Spurs have to depend on someone not making shots though, Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen won the last series fo the heat.
Lewis specifically is going to be an issue if he continues.

There would have been zero game anythings or anything at all for them without Lebron, ironically not even that single shot or scenario would present itself in that very second in that game for Ray if it wasnt for him... a guy except for Lebron will every once in a while hit one shot per game anyways, it happens, when it happens we dont know...
Go watch some Kobe highlights instead (where Fisher & everybody else hit even more "bailout shots" aswell).... you kobetards are just pathetic at this point and CavsFTW is continuing to act like that girl who just can never get over that she got dumped....

He can't guard Splitter as well as he was able to guard West. I don't think he'll be getting the kind of minutes he got in the back half of ECF.

one thing about the spurs is they always learn from their mistakes. they gonna make lebron become purely a facilitator and force his teammates to have great games....their defense is gonna be focused on forcing him to the baseline and bringing help..but they definitely going over those screens this year..spurs are experts at running shooters off the 3 point line after the defense has collapsed...if they can force contested shots and grab rebounds this series is all theirs..im expecting every game the spurs win to be in the 90's and every game the heat win in the 100's..anything below 90 is a win for spurs

Going 0-3, 2+ turnovers in the Final minute, consequent minute of OT. Basically gifting the game to the Spurs. Sadly, the Spurs choked worse.

That "dare Lebron to shoot" defense failed the Spurs in last year's NBA finals because Lebron was knocking down everything.

Shit, Lebron legit scared of that guy :oldlol:
Wait, was lebron actually looking at him or maybe something the coach said? I could see Ray walking past, not sure if he said something? But could be responding to him too.
