I have a feeling every race prefers other races to be laughed at than their own. In fact this is probably true of every possible demographic. Christians are probably more likely to laugh at a joke made at a Muslims expense than a Christians. reverse racism is an American term because white's built the country and thus dominate the 'melting pot'. it doesn't apply in other countries (except maybe Canada and other first world countries with large immigrant populations).

I think in 2014 only a very small minority of perverse people truly are racist. We all have a rainbow of ethnicities in our life and almost no one truly hates them.

Also, whites nowadays are the least racist people. Yellow Asians are extremely racist towards brown (Southeast Asian) Asians, read this clip from an elected official in Taiwan (Han Chinese majority) about a neighborhood in her constituency where some Filipino factory workers moved in (Taiwanese hire Filipinos, Thais and Indonesians for menial work in their country so they can pay them less than minimum wage):
