Kobe and Wade both peaked at about 230lbs at their absolute heaviest. But yes, Wade is more naturally heavily set than Kobe, as Kobe has played at about 205 for most of his career where as Wade is usually around 220. It's nothing unusual, there's always heavy-set players that play. The reason Wade is so much heavier than other "6-4" players is because most other "6-4" players are actually only about 6-2 or 6-3 (like for example, Dion Waiters who is listed 6-4 but is in reality only 6-2 and 1/2 inch tall without shoes). Wade is one of the few guys who lists close to his barefoot height, so anyone listed similarly is likely much shorter and thus naturally smaller than him.

Draft combine body fat numbers are garbage. It's pretty clear Lance is nowhere near 10%. He has zero definition in his arms and you could see a good amount of flab. I hope you know 6'4 240 or whatever he is LEAN, is almost impossible to do without gear. And yes Melo IS fat, anyone with eyes could see that.
