lebron cramps, carried off to the bench by a guy in his warm ups and another in a suit, misses the press conference because hes getting an IV... Does this not sound pathetic to anyone, and ofc he would exaggerate it by receiving an iv, pretty sure some gatorade, or a bottle of water and some bananas wouldve been fine, but knowing lebrons toughness he probably insisted on the iv treatment

I'm sure LeBron will play in game 2.

Actually, Lebron was first pulled out of the game for cramps in the 3rd quarter.
He then came back in later in the 3rd quarter and played for like 8 more minutes.
Then he got more cramps with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter.
He then tried to give it one more go and scored on a drive against Diaw, and after he landed he couldn't walk.
...and I agree, he should have been there for his team at the press conference :oldlol: MJ would never let his teammates face the media alone

its not that fact that he let his teammates face the media alone, its that hes so soft that a cramp which he was able to still hobble to the lockerroom, felt severe enough that he thought he needed IV treatment, thats gotta be demoralizing and embarrassing for his teammates

1. He was carried so that the Heat didn't have to waste their final camp while he was limping to the sideline.
2. Idiots need to stop comparing a cramp to other shit. A concussion does not prevent you from being able to move your damn leg.

well a player can't approve IV on his own...medical staff would need to do this, you know...the trained professionals to handle such instances.
his teammates know his scenario...did you even listen to Wade's post game?
also, can you even consider PG's injury a concussion...it was only labeled a concussion because he said he momentarily blacked out. the doctors all found negatives to it being a concussion no?

medical teams treat the players based on how the players describe their injury... so despite a minor cramp, whatever lebron tells them is how they would treat this which clearly questions lebrons toughness if he thought this cramp which he was able to hobble back to the lockerroom with warranted an iv treatment... wade would obviously not throw lebron under the bus, i dunno what he said in the post game but hes not gonna say lebron bitched out even if he thought that

yes i do, and i kno that no cramp that you can walk on is severe enough to keep you from going to a press conference unless youre playing it up

a player gets cramps because of lack of fluid. they need I/V's to keep them hydrated. you're a moron lmao

yes of course, someone who gets a cramp at the park must immediately be rushed to the ER and hooked up to some IV bags... just stop here pls

Lebron could not move is left leg, and the staff said he needed IV...so now you're questioning the medical staff's decision? him being able to only hobble back to the locker room and not walk fine after almost 15-20mins realtime of the cramp happening should tell you how serious this actually was. minor cramps, you can walk off after a 5-10min rest/stretch/rehydrate most times...obviously this wasn't the case.
Lebron has a less than 1% rate of cramps in his entire 10-year 750 game NBA career...and you question his "toughness" after this incident :facepalm

LMAO at you comparing a quick pick up game to an enduring season of over 90+ games at about 40mins per game, as well as practice sessions in between and jet lag from travel
do us the favor Rule...find a bridge and jump, no note needed. :facepalm

im not gonna argue with you anymore because youre retarded, you said cramps needed to be treated with IV, normal people get cramps without treating with IV, pro athletes get cramps without treating with IV, so why are you talking about intensity of the game?

context buddy, no one is comparing anything, the man said cramps need to be treated by IV and thats simply not true as everyone gets cramps but not everyone has to hooked up to IV bags

you indicate his cramp wasn't serious enough to deserve IV, questioning his toughness and his medical staffs judgement...you should read your own "context" before you continue replying on ANY subject. i'm being serious!
