Anyone having issues where some YouTube videos will not load. It'll just stay on the black screen with the circling dots and never load anyway even though you have full bandwidth available? But once you switch to a different video, that new video will play fine right away? Seems to effect certain videos only.
Using latest version of Chrome with Java 7 Update 60.
Also tried loading the videos in IE and it still does the same thing.
