Lakers and Knicks got a huge boost on purchase value because of a dumb billionaire. It wont get a purchase value correction unless these 2 franchises are sold closer to market value.

Its the NFL QB syndrome and the NBA would love for all the franchises from this point forward to get that increase over fair market value.
