thats what the turning point was
Spurs would of been up 6 and then Lebron hit a huge three....had a feeling it would comeback and cost them.

Those free throws and going away from what worked on offense at the end of the 4th definitely cost them. Miami made the plays when they needed to make them.

Heat have never lost back-to-back Finals games with this group and Heat are 22-2 with those officials. Wasn't destined.

Chalmers with the cheap ass shot to the ribs probably impacted those free throws you think?

If he was in pain he should of subbed out.

Agreed.
Major choke by the Spurs.
That's what the do, though. That's why they're not a dynasty.

ref gifted Parker with the flagrant and the out of bounds off LeBron when the replay clearly showed it was off Parker's leg.
fundamentally sound Spurs lose it on the most fundamental play...free throw.

Doesnt matter. Parker hit a 3 to make it 93-92 Spurs.
If only Ginobili had hit that 0.8 shot to seal the game.

If he was in pain he should of subbed out.I don't think you can sub out on a flagrant foul. I don't know the rule off hand, but I think a player has to shoot those freebies to stay eligible in the game (which is why he shot them and was immediately subbed out).
I do not believe the free throws were the turning point. I think the Chalmers elbow was the turning point, because of the subsequent damage it appeared to do to Parker. I thought he may have broken a rib. I most definitely thought it affected his free throws. Then again, he was able to return and hit a triple, but aside from that, he did not seem normal.
IF THEY MADE THE FTs THE GAME WOULD NOT HAVE PLAYED OUT THE SAME.
I hate this argument. The Heat would have played differently down 6 instead of 1. The Spurs also had a lead with 2 minutes left. The FTs did not cost them the game

I also keep hearing that the Heat haven't lost back-to-back games but didn't they lose 3 straight to the Mavs in 2011? :confusedshrug:
Once Parker missed the 2 free throws I felt it would come back to haunt them at the end also. Then when Duncan missed his, it was like Kawhi missing his in last year's game 6 all over again.
Spurs missed a huge opportunity, its likely going to take them 7 if they end up winning this.
