View Full Version : I promised you all the Heat were going to win game 2, so why didn't you bet on it?

I posted the stats before the game showing that the Heat were heavy favorites despite being the underdog.

I made 200 dollars just for betting on Miami. Easy money if you investigate the refs a little bit.

I don't want to leak my main sources because they are gold :pimp: but here's the first two places I'd start

http://www.basketball-reference.com/referees/

http://www.nba.com/news/referee.html <-- just for seeing who is officiating the game. They usually post these around noon that day if it's a late game.

**** the refs because the spurs missed 4 straight freethrows.

**** the refs because lebron was on fire in the 3rd quarter and dropped jumper after jumper.

**** the refs because manu missed 2 key shots and turned it over down the stretch.

**** the refs after giving Lebron a touch foul on duncan as well as a tech.

so the refs have no impact in a 2pt game because of all of the things you've listed. got it.

good sports betters could care less about what happened at the end of the game if the officials took over in the early stages and the team they bet on won. what you are doing is using whats called the "receny bias" and looking at the very end of the game as opposed to the big picture (sans the random lebron dick sucking you threw in there).

**** the refs after giving Lebron a touch foul on duncan as well as a tech.

I don't live in this nonsensical reality where I pick apart individual plays to try and dispel facts about biased officiating in an overall sense.

The fact is that two of the officials that worked game 2 have officiated the Heat to amazing, almost unreal records, and that the Heat were coming off of a game 1 loss having not lost a b2b playoff game in a long ass time.

You can look back at the officials in the "Big 3" era who have officiated them following either game 1 losses or playoff losses in general (just google the box scores for those games and find who the officials were) and you'll find a connection between those officials and the ones who worked this game. That's all I'm going to say.

I'm sure most logical, rational people would assume that the league just uses officials such as these (we see literally the exact same officials in the conf. finals and finals year after year) to extend series knowing that they will officiate in favor of the Heat (LeBron essentially has two asterisk rings), but I could care less about all of that shit because I'm making money off of it either way.

The bet for this past game was as easy of a choice as you can possibly get...

OKC and Durant fan talking about refs in a pretty evenly officiated game

Late in the 4th that ball went clearly off Parker and they still retained the ball. If they scored on that possesion it would be huge for SA. So don't talk about refs and stop making even a bigger fool out of yourself.

Imagine if Lebron actually received FTs for driving to the hoop the first half. Russ would have created 50 threads about it by now. But it's all good when Durant gets 10 FTAs on jumpers. :sleeping

I have no idea why Miami was the underdog in this one and those of you acting like I'm coming across as some sort of wizard are ****ing crazy :oldlol:

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to bet on a team who has two officials working their game who almost never allow them to lose, particularly in key playoff games.

So can you give a list of all the bad calls? Or did the heat win because of lebrons hot streak and that they had better execution then the Spurs down the stretch?
